At The Forcing Function Entrepreneur Lunch Series, we gather founders and executives together for healthy lunches and intimate conversation at our favorite NYC restaurants.

Our keynote speaker is Taylor Chapman, Principal at SEI Ventures, where he invests in companies that are building better onramps to employment and opportunity for American workers - via higher education, training, bootcamps, software, and beyond. He will be joined by our hosts Bonnie Halper (StartupOneShop) and Amanda Espiritu (The Forcing Function).

Jeff Stewart is a serial entrepreneur, inventor, and investor with deep experience scaling technology-enabled international businesses and a blockchain enthusiast. He is the Founder and Chairman of Singapore based FinTech pioneer, Lenddo, the world’s first online service that empowers the emerging class to use their digital footprint to build their creditworthiness and access financial services.

Mr. Stewart is also the Founder and former CEO of Mimeo.com, a state-of-the-art, Internet-based document production service included in the 2004 and 2005 Inc. 500 lists of the fastest-growing companies.

In 2014, Lenddo was recognized by the World Economic Forum as a Technology Pioneer, and Jeff was recognized as the William F. Glaser Rensselaer Entrepreneur of the Year.

The first webinar was hosted August 21st as a massive success, with listeners joining in from around the United States and sharing thoughtful, compelling questions.

The Forcing Function teamed up with Tiago Forte and David Perell (creators of Building A Second Brain and Write of Passage) to host The Creative Process, a sold out interactive workshop building systems for consistently creating quality content.

From capturing insights and ideas all the way to regularly publishing world-class writing that moves a career forward, it was a hands-on experience designed to level up attendees relationship to the information they consume.

The Creative Process is a radical new approach to work in the modern economy. The smartphone in the pocket can energize your writing life. By changing your relationship with information, you can avoid writer’s block, clarify your thinking, establish domain expertise, and write faster. In this workshop, we’ll show you why the writing process is not as mysterious as it seems. We’ll go through each step of the writing process: finding an idea, researching, organizing ideas, sorting through assets, and putting the pieces together into a finished product. This writing workshop is dynamic and interactive. By the end, you’ll have a trusted and repeatable system for on-demand writing.
